When your OnLetterhead account is created, you are emailed a link to set your password and a link to download the OnLetterhead software program.  You may also download the software program from the OnLetterhead web site.  Please login to the website, then go to the MY ONLETTERHEAD section (the icon in the top right corner).  You may then click on the Download page, right beside My Support, click on the Download OnLetterhead Now section.  You may then save the file to your desktop.  Please remember to run the download once it has been saved to your computer, either select Open at the end of the download process or double click on the OnLetterhead icon on your desktop!
