This means that the MINOR size increase is NOT noticeable by the sender or the recipient.
So, you can send professional, full color branded emails without worrying that you are going to slow down anyone's email, including your own!
Outlook and Outlook Express will attach images in any email by default. If you do not want to send the images as attachments see the article “When I send messages the images end up being attachments. Why is this and how do I change it?“ to turn this feature of Outlook off.
